1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the lx999 website and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, and payment facilities (collectively, the "Platform"). 2.You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update that information if it changes.
3.You must be the rightful holder of any payment method used on the Platform. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
4.You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on lx999. The following rules govern the registration and ongoing security of your account:

1.You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lx999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If more than one account is identified as belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings held may be forfeited.
5.lx999 reserves the right to close any account that cannot be verified or that has been created using false information, without prior notice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

lx999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved payment methods. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

1.All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
2.Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. lx999 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
3.lx999 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which lx999 accepts no responsibility.
4.Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Refer to the Bonuses and Promotions section for specific rollover conditions.
5.lx999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lx999 periodically offers bonuses and promotional credits to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits carry a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.

One Bonus Per Account

Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via a duplicate account — constitutes bonus abuse.

Expiry of Bonus Credits

Bonus credits and associated free spins expire if not used within the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired credits are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

lx999's Discretion

lx999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. lx999's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on lx999 are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market:

1.All bets are final once confirmed. lx999 will not reverse a bet on the grounds that a player made an error of judgement, staked an incorrect amount, or misread the odds.
2.In the event of a technical error or connectivity failure during a game session, lx999 will use its system logs to determine the correct outcome. Where the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
3.lx999 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems supplied by its game providers. The platform does not interfere with game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are set by the respective game providers.
4.Cricket and sports betting odds are set in advance and may be updated by lx999 at any time before the bet is confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. A confirmed in-play bet will not be adjusted retrospectively unless a technical error is demonstrated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lx999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

1.Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or contact details.
2.Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
3.Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain winnings that would not otherwise be credited under normal operating conditions.
4.Using funds sourced from criminal activity, or attempting to use lx999 for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
5.Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.

lx999 actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts found in violation will be suspended without prior notice, and any balance held in those accounts may be withheld pending investigation. lx999 cooperates with law enforcement authorities where required.

8. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of lx999. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lx999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. lx999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lx999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lx999 reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance at any time, during which services may be temporarily unavailable.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

lx999 may suspend or permanently close a player account under the following circumstances:

1.Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
2.Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with any criminal enterprise, even where a breach has not yet been conclusively established.
3.At your own request, including voluntary self-exclusion. Upon account closure at your request, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Amendments to These Terms

lx999 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, lx999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed upon login. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of a revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a revision, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
